More Than a Gym. A Community.
HP Fitness was started by Blake and Hayley with one goal: to help the people of Helensville and the surrounding areas become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
As locals ourselves, we’ve seen how powerful fitness can be. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. HP Fitness was never meant to be just another gym. We built it to create a space where everyday people could walk in, feel supported, and leave feeling proud of what they achieved.
Our journey started in a small blue building at 87 Commercial Road. From that humble space we set out to help as many locals as we could. Word spread, the community grew, and before long we outgrew the space.
In mid-2024, we moved into our current facility at 69 G Mill Road, a gym three times the size and built for the growing HP Fitness family. But no matter how much we grow, the purpose stays the same — helping our community become stronger, healthier, and more confident for life.
What HP Fitness Stands For
HP stands for High Performance Fitness, but to us performance isn’t just about lifting heavier weights or training harder.
It means feeling better in everyday life. More energy, moving well, building strength, and developing the confidence that comes from doing something challenging.

Our classes are coach-led group sessions designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and move better in everyday life.
Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, improving energy, or just getting started again, our coaches guide you every step of the way.
You can expect:

Our Training Challenges
One thing that makes HP Fitness unique is the challenges we run inside the gym.
Every 4–8 weeks we run challenges built around our 8-week training blocks. They give members something to work toward while creating accountability and real results.
Members can book a goal-setting consult with one of our coaches to set three achievable goals, complete a starting weigh-in and measurements, and then reassess everything at the end of the challenge.
Once the challenge finishes, we run a 28-day reset before moving into the next 8-week block. It helps everyone refocus, stay consistent, and keep progressing long term.
The best part is that every HP Fitness member is included. Everyone gets access to the support, resources, and guidance.
